We had a great trip to Woodstock this year. God answered prayers and built relationships. Men were encouraged and went home with new strength to help their wives and care for their families. We were also challenged to have and maintain our "quiet time" with God and to be involved in discipleship.
I am more persuaded that the Lord wants us to be a big group of small groups. We learn more about each other and can better help one another in small groups. Some of this is proved out in the way we traveled to Woodstock this year....we took 4 - 5 vehicles to transport 29 guys to the conference this year.
I encourage you to keep up with the guys you were spending time with this weekend. Remember the lessons you learned and the conversations you had.

Great comments Joey. It was a great time of worship and fellowship. Lives and families have been enriched and changed by Jesus Christ. Joey, when the tide tries to beach us on temptation island, let's don't try to just paddle away, to exhaustion, on our own. Let's pray to our Lord for a strong breeze at our backs.
